The ticket says lockout, but the door will not latch. What do you do?
We diagnose the whole opening. Many lockouts are closer, strike, alignment or exit-device failures. We document findings against the work order and fix the actual problem.
Can you follow our PO / NTE and photo requirements across sites?
Yes. Once we are on your vendor list, we follow your dispatch rules, NTE process and photo and sign-off requirements at every location we service.
How do after-hours facility tickets work?
Authorized after-hours work is approved under your NTE / PO rules before we go beyond scope, with the same photos and closeout notes as daytime work.
