We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide locksmith and security services
- schedule jobs, send estimates, and communicate with customers
- invoice, collect payment, and keep accurate books
- operate and secure our internal QuickBooks Online / Intuit integrations for Liberty’s own company accounting

- improve our website and operations
QuickBooks / Intuit integrations
When we connect our internal tools to QuickBooks Online, those tools may access company accounting data such as customers, invoices, bills, payments, and reports for Liberty Locksmiths and Security LLC only. Access is authorized through Intuit’s OAuth process. Tokens are stored securely and used only for Liberty’s bookkeeping and office automation. We do not use customer QuickBooks data from other companies.
Sharing
We may share information with:
- service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, payments, accounting platforms such as Intuit/QuickBooks, field-service software)
- professional advisors (accountant, attorney, insurer)
- authorities when required by law
We require vendors to use information only to provide services to us.
Retention
We keep records as long as needed for services, accounting, tax, licensing, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
