Agreement
These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of the Liberty Locksmiths and Security LLC website (https://libertylocksmithsnj.com), related online forms, and any software, connectors, or integrations we provide or authorize for business use (together, the “Services”), including internal tools that connect to QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s APIs.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful purposes. For any internal accounting connector or Intuit/QuickBooks Online integration we operate, the license is solely for Liberty’s authorized business use of Liberty’s own QuickBooks Online company file.
You may not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software or connectors except as allowed by law
- use the Services to access anyone else’s QuickBooks or Intuit data without authorization
- misuse APIs, scrape the site in a way that harms service, or attempt to bypass security
- use the Services for unlawful activity
Accounts and access
You are responsible for credentials and devices used to access the Services. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect the business, customers, or systems.
Services and estimates
Website content is informational. Job pricing, availability, and scope are confirmed when you speak with us. Work is performed subject to our service terms discussed at the time of booking.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy: https://libertylocksmithsnj.com/privacy-policy
Third-party services
The Services may connect to third parties such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, payment processors, or field-service software. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or integrations.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIBERTY LOCKSMITHS AND SECURITY LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO SUCH PAYMENT APPLIES.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Liberty against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time. Provisions that should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
